• Keep your password strong and unique — do not use it on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets using your account.
• Notify 8jilli immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.
• Ensure your registered contact details (email address, mobile number) remain accurate and up to date.

8jilli reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of misuse, is involved in suspicious betting activity, or fails to comply with verification requirements. Players are encouraged to review their account activity regularly through the transaction history section.

All financial transactions on 8jilli — deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 8jilli supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 8jilli does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

For live dealer games, the results displayed on screen are the binding results. Technical issues on the player's end — such as a dropped internet connection mid-round — do not affect game outcomes or bet validity. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8jilli and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with 8jilli games or betting markets.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your 8jilli account.

8jilli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where we are required to do so by law. In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 8jilli may withhold any bonus-related balances. Real-money deposits that have not been used for wagering may be returned subject to verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
