Check your payment app's fee schedule before making large transfers. The amount you request for withdrawal is what 8jilli sends — any bank-side deductions happen on the receiving end.

First, check that the transfer was actually completed on your GCash, Maya, or bank app — look for a successful transaction record with a reference number. If the transfer shows as successful but hasn't appeared in your 8jilli account after 30 minutes for e-wallets or 2 hours for bank transfers, contact support via live chat or email at support@8jilli.best.
